STORY#0054
History and Formation
Once upon a time, in the heart of Moscow, there was a hidden network of alleys. These winding streets were named after the city's rich history, and they meandered deep into the neighborhood. But over time, they were lost, swallowed up by the bustling metropolis.

But then, something magical happened. The alleys were reborn, reconstructed and brought back to life. The closed-off area was once again permeable, and a new square emerged - Chudovskaya Square, named after the alley that once ran next to it.
The alleys now overlook the square, offering a glimpse into the past. The first floors of the complex are a modern interpretation of Moscow's ancient history, with white stone galleries, vaulted spaces, and large masonry. These are the familiar attributes that give the space a sense of age and timelessness.
Towers
The residential towers that rise above the alleys are a nod to the past, with their tapered tops and views of the city. It is a beautiful blend of old and new, a fairytale come to life. And the people of Moscow are once again able to walk the lost alleys, discovering the history of their city in a brand new way.
