ingosstrakh hq
design that is adaptable and flexible in a former manufacturing building with high ceilings
STORY#0068
Context
The office of Ingosstrakh is housed in one of the former manufacturing buildings of the Trekhgornaya manufactory. The 1970s structure incorporates all of the necessary spatial parameters for a modern, flexible, and multifunctional office. The interior design concept was to create a large office block with a saturated infrastructure and the ability to change the space quickly.

As part of the renovation, we were able to achieve a completely new space quality - the high ceilings in the industrial hall lend themselves to its reformation. This enabled the office to have a variety of activity zones, recreation zones, and transitions. link
District viewpoint
The office space is designed to create a comfortable and functional environment for insurance services. The lobby area is organized to separate the flow of clients and employees, and is equipped with multimedia self-service systems for customers to easily purchase insurance services and complete necessary documents.
On the upper floors, there will be space for the back office of the company, with enough room to accommodate around 1,500 workplaces.

The building's central longitudinal axis is reserved for meeting rooms and other spaces that do not require natural light, including recreation and leisure areas, sports halls, playrooms for employees' children, coffee points, office cafes, kitchenettes, a cinema, a climbing wall, areas for streetball, miniature golf, and table tennis. This layout allows for a balanced combination of work and leisure spaces to support the well-being and productivity of employees.
